Living room and bedroom were big but bathroom was absolutely tiny with one small sink and a tiny shower. TV did not work in bedroom and the window shades were missing. Shower pressure was very low. Pool was open but hot tub and spa were all closed and out of action. Check in staff was nice Diana but the young ladies hosting the only bar and restaurant on the lobby level were rude and full River Rock Casino Hours attitude. They clearly have no training in customer service. The biggest downside of this hotel is that it feels like Piccadilly Circus with the public everywhere in the hotel, so there is no sense of exclusivity especially when you are paying an arm and a leg to stay in a suite. Next time we visit Vancouver we will stay at the Wedgwood Hotel a block away — smaller boutique hotel that is drenched in luxury, opulence and high end spaces for the same price.
